The spot-on fit of these skinny jeans is making them my end-of-summer wardrobe staple. Besides pairing well with my latest item of choice - the printed blazer - black skinnies are incredibly effortless to style with my growing supply of whimsical knits, Equipment blouses, and chambray shirts. The search for the perfect pair of black jeans has been an exhausting one, so I'm relieved that the hunt is over. My criteria? It includes soft fabric with just the right amount of stretch, a flattering mid-rise, and the ideal amount of calf-hugging to fit into my army of ankle boots. Here they're dressed down for daytime with studded boots, but some sleek stilettos, sparkly rings, berry-hued lipstick, and a black clutch will carry the look into date night territory. The weekend cannot arrive soon enough!

I don't know why I'm always surprised when I see how much we have in common. LOL. But why is that skinny jeans in black are the most difficult to find in a good fit? They make all kind of leather and printed black jeans, but just normal regular, black skinnies are elusive. LOL. Anyway, I love that blazer and the blue florals are a welcome color scheme that I'm enjoying! <3
