An evening that began as partly cloudy and morphed into an eerily foggy sunset demanded extra layers to ward off the chill. Now that it's spring, I plan on putting my little white dresses in heavy rotation. I'm still waiting for temperatures that don't require extra layers, however, there are certainly benefits to such dreary-looking weather. I promise that the deserted pier isn't as uncanny as it appears. Having the location all to ourselves (save for a few diehard fishermen) was quite a treat.

Your foggy photos make me so jealous. This must have been before the big heat wave hit. It's been in the 90's for 2 days, and I'm already wishing it were cold again. LOL. LOVE your white dress and your hat is so cute! I just recently picked up a boater that I can't wait to wear. :) <3

I actually have to agree, I love when the weather drives people away from the usual sunny-weather destinations so that I finally have some peace and quiet to shoot! Loving all the soft layers here, the look is still very spring-esque despite being more layered!
