Cooler fall weather calls for cozy knits, and this shaggy looped cardigan not only provides warmth, but it has me obsessed with its fluffy, rug-like texture.  My trepidation of the itchy fabric that sweaters like this tend to be made of was instantly put to rest the moment I tried it on and felt how soft the yarn was against my sensitive skin.  The deep purple color isn't one that dominates my closet due to my affinity for black and white sweaters, but its dark jewel tone inspired me to pair it with another jewel tone piece that I have - a teal hat that I picked up during the summer and am just now getting around to wearing. Now if I could get around to wearing a few more of my recent purchases that have yet to receive the attention they deserve...
