As much as I bemoan being petite, I can appreciate its advantages. Besides fitting somewhat comfortably in the tight quarters of airplanes, boats, and buses when traveling, it allows me to occasionally shop in the Girls' department.  Such was the case with this lace dress.  While walking down the main aisle at Target, the lace babydoll details caught my eye and I promptly searched the racks for the biggest available size. Although slightly disappointed that it didn't quite work out as a dress due to its abbreviated length, it did make a nice tunic to pair with my favorite velvet leggings on a weird weather day that had me wondering whether I should grab my umbrella or my sunglasses and which produced a spectacular rainbow the likes of which I haven't seen in much too long.

Wearing: H&M faux fur stole (similar) and cardigan, lace dress from Target, Forever 21 velvet leggings (similar), vintage I. Magnin bag, and Steve Madden Collosul boots
